Investment Collaboration Initiatives
Vhuthu Integrated Services is an investment arm of TAPSOSA formed for TAPSOSA members only. Vhuthu has been set up to do everything possible to empower its members to equip and empower them in their growth and sustainability.
The identified empowerment interventions will include skills development, reciprocal business opportunities, negotiated supplier support programmes, member profit share scheme, enterprise development and business funding. This also includes the formation of consortiums on new business ventures and collaboration. In aiding enterprise development, the association has a Memorandum of Understanding with the relevant SETAs to organise training programmes for our members in various skills that will equip our members to be funding ready.

TAPSOSA Conferences and Workshops
The Association hosts an industry national conference annually where industry stakeholders inclusive of members meet and interact. Industry stakeholders include the relevant government entities and ministry, private security consumers, suppliers, industry bodies etc.
At the conference members engage on industry challenges and propose collective solutions for the betterment of the industry at large. These are adopted as resolutions of the conference and incorporated with the NEC national programme of action which is then tailored to meet the requirements of provinces through launched provincial structures.
