The Association of Private Security Owners of South Africa (TAPSOSA) has expressed a deep concern over the behaviour of some unions at the bargaining council. 

TAPSOSA is accusing these unions of supporting decisions made by employer parties at the expense of workers and is contrary to what the bargaining council has set out as its objective of improving the working conditions and salaries of security workers. We speak to the association secretary general Moses Malada about this matter.
